Overview
The platform sends email notifications to keep you informed about driver safety, compliance, training, and fleet performance. All notifications are off by default — you choose exactly what you want to receive.
Notifications are delivered by email only. You can configure your own notifications from your profile, or an administrator can configure them for any user through User Management. If you have access to multiple fleets, each fleet has its own notification settings.

Safety Watchlist

Tips
- Start with Driver Document Expiration and Vehicle Document Expiration — these help you stay ahead of compliance deadlines.
- Use Immediate for urgent items like DVIR Defects and Safety Watchlist, and Daily for less time-sensitive items like Coaching Escalations.
- The Fleet Performance Report is a good way to stay on top of trends without logging in every day.
- If you manage multiple fleets, remember to configure notifications for each fleet separately.
