Manager Portal: Safety Overview

Overview

The Safety Overview gives you the full picture behind your fleet's safety scores. While the Home page shows you where things stand right now, the Safety Overview shows you how they've been trending — and lets you dig into the individual records behind those numbers.

You can get here by clicking any safety score on the Home page, or from the main navigation menu.

Permissions

Everyone with a manager portal account can see the Safety Overview page. Some sections only appear if you have certain permissions:

If a section described below doesn't appear on your page, you may not have the required permission. Your account administrator can adjust this for you.

Fleet Health Score

At the top of the page, you'll see your Fleet Health Score — the same overall safety percentage shown on the Home page.

The color tells you where you stand:

Scores reflect current data. The trend charts below update periodically and may not include the very latest changes.

Choosing a Date Range

Use the date range selector to control the time window for everything on the page. You can choose from:

• Last 30 Days (default)
• Last 3 Months
• Last 6 Months
• Last 12 Months
• Last 24 Months

When you pick a range, all charts and lists on the page update at once. Today's data is always excluded — the range ends at yesterday.

Safety Scores

Below the Fleet Health Score, you'll find six individual safety scores. Each one shows the current percentage with color coding, a trend line showing how that score has changed over your selected date range, and a link to a more detailed view for that category.

Each score uses the same green/yellow/red color coding as the Fleet Health Score, so you can quickly see which areas are strong and which need work.

Note: ELD Violations only appears for DOT-regulated fleets. If your fleet doesn't have ELD tracking, you won't see this section.

Detailed Records

Below the scores, you can expand each section to see the individual records behind the numbers. Each section shows 15 records at a time — click Show More to load additional results.

Incidents

Filter by type — Accident, Animal Strike, Door Pull, Trailer Disconnect, or Other. You'll see the incident name, type, date, location, and outcome for each record. Click any incident to open the full details.

Drivers

Two tabs let you focus on the drivers who need the most attention:

• Lowest Scores — drivers scoring below the fleet average
• Top Scores — drivers scoring above the fleet average

You can search for a specific driver by name. Each driver shows scores across seven categories: Safety, Incident, ELD, Camera, Inspection, Violation, and Training. Click any driver to open their full driver record.

ELD Events

Available for DOT-regulated fleets only. Filter by event type to see event name, type, date, driver, and status. Click any event to view the full details.

Camera Events

Filter by event type to see event name, type, date, driver, and status. Click any event to view the full details.

Roadside Inspections

Filter by result — All, Clean Inspection, or Violations Found. You'll see the inspection name, result, date, state, contact name, and violation points. Click any inspection to view the full details.

Tips

• Spot trouble early — Start with the trend lines. A score that's been dropping over several weeks needs attention before it hits red.
• Use longer ranges for context — If a score dipped recently, switch to 12 or 24 months to see whether it's part of a larger pattern or a one-time event.
• Focus coaching where it matters — Open the Drivers section and check the Lowest Scores tab to find who needs help first.
• Keep incidents documented — Check the Incidents section regularly to make sure nothing is missing or incomplete.
• Resolve violations quickly — Use the Roadside Inspections filter to find open violations and track them to resolution.
